Updated: Aug 14

Here's a collection of our videos and picture reflections on social media for today. Enjoy your time to reflect and contemplate in your mood journal.

Reflecting on the Impact of the Judgment on Emotions and Feelings

Judgment can be a powerful force, capable of influencing our emotions and feelings in profound ways. However, through self-reflection, we can challenge its impact on our lives. By embracing empathy and compassion, we can cultivate a more compassionate society, where judgment takes a backseat to understanding and acceptance.

Remember, the next time you find yourself judging or being judged, take a moment to reflect on the impact it has on your emotions and feelings and choose to respond with empathy and kindness.

Understanding the Pros and Cons of Embracing Negative Emotions Through Mood Journal

Keeping a mood journal has become a popular tool for exploring and understanding our emotions, including the negative ones. While society often encourages us to focus on positivity and happiness, there are benefits to embracing and examining our negative emotions as well.

Emotions play a crucial role in our lives and help us navigate through different experiences. However, negative emotions like anger, fear, sadness, and disappointment can also have an impact on our mental and physical well-being. In this video, we will explore the advantages and disadvantages of negative emotions. We will discuss how they can help us recognize and address problems, but also how they can negatively impact our relationships and overall health.

This is why we created Emotions-Based Coaching. Using Emoli Cards, an immersive Calm3D tool for mood regulation and life coaching sessions, we help clients understand the messages behind their emotions and respect the parts of themselves that are reacting. These parts may hold important insights, yet they can also harbor memories and beliefs that, if not addressed, can lead to distress—concepts further explored in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Somatic Experiencing.

Join us as we delve into the complexities of negative emotions and gain a better understanding of how to manage them healthily.
