Following from the chapter on Mind Map of Feelings in My Guest House, I thought it was helpful to create a checklist for simple reference to help understand our repeatable patterns of self-limiting beliefs, negative self-talk and our cognitive distortions of reality.
The feelings that arise then to invite us to look for the wisdom of trauma. Hope you find this useful!
